Todd Biersack

Todd Biersack is a graduate of Huntington University with a degree in Youth Ministries and a Bible Religions minor. Todd’s experience with youth ministries encompasses a broad spectrum including: activities coordination for Huntington Kids Club, junior high staff volunteer for the United Brethren Church and staff-intern for Campus Crusade for Christ. Following graduation from Huntington, he spent one year serving as junior and senior high youth pastor at a United Methodist Church in Midwest Ohio.
Todd currently serves as a youth pastor at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, providing leadership for 7th-12th grade teens within the Student Ministries department. He is responsible for programming and implementation of Fusion (youth ministry). First and foremost, Todd is passionate about seeing students cultivate a relationship with Jesus Christ. |
MIKE COLAW

Mike Colaw is the director of student ministries at Fairfield Christian Church. Mike graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a bachelors in Philosophy and Religion. Mike also has a background in exercise science receiving his certification from the Cooper Institute in Plano TX. Mike has a wife of seven years and two boys. He loves spending time with the family, lifting weights, and Dwight Schrute from the show The Office.
When it comes to ministry his deepest passion lies in the family. He desires to see students not just hear the Word of Christ but live it out in tangible, life long ways. He believes when you develop students that have a clear mission they in turn will reproduce a legacy that will radically change their future families, friends, and ultimately the world. |
MIKE CHILCOAT

Mike Chilcoat is the metro director of Columbus Young Life. (Young Life seeks to carry the message of Jesus Christ into that tumultuous tide and points teenagers toward life as they were created to live it. Young life brings the good news of Jesus Christ into the lives of adolescents with an approach that is respectful of who kids are and hopeful about who they can be.)
Mike is a graduate of the Ohio State university and has been on Young Life staff for 10 years. He has been married for ten years to his wife Kimie and they have three lovely daughters named Kayley, Kirsten and Kendal. |
